Last Updated: September 14, 2026
1. Scope
These Terms of Service apply to orders placed by consumers through our online store rdcbhm.shop.
The seller and contracting party is:
PINK PANTHER LIMITED
Company No.: 1849337
39 Lewis Road
Lynmore, Rotorua 3010
New Zealand
Postal Code: 3010

For the purposes of these Terms, a consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction primarily for purposes that are outside their trade, business, or profession.
Any terms and conditions submitted by the customer will only apply if we have expressly agreed to them.
2. Offers and Formation of Contract
The presentation of products in our online store generally does not constitute a legally binding offer. It is an invitation for customers to place an order.
Customers may select products, add them to their shopping cart, and review and correct their information before submitting the order.
By clicking the button provided during checkout to place an order with an obligation to pay, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the products contained in the shopping cart.
After receiving an order, we may send an automatic email confirming receipt. A confirmation of receipt alone does not constitute acceptance of the order unless expressly stated otherwise.
The purchase contract is concluded when we expressly accept the order, confirm shipment, or dispatch the goods, whichever occurs first.
If we are unable to accept an order, we will inform the customer. Any payment already received for an order that is not accepted will be refunded as appropriate.
3. Contract Information and Language
The language or languages available for concluding the contract will be those made available to the customer through the online store and checkout process.
Customers may save or print these Terms using their browser.
4. Prices
The prices displayed in our online store at the time the order is placed apply to the relevant order.
The total price applicable to the order, including applicable taxes and any other charges required to be disclosed before conclusion of the contract, will be displayed before the customer submits the order.
We reserve the right to change prices for future orders.
Price changes do not affect contracts that have already been concluded.
5. Shipping Costs
For our regular standard delivery, we generally charge:
€0.00 – Free Standard Shipping
If charges apply to a particular shipping method, delivery area, or optional service expressly selected by the customer, these charges will be clearly displayed before the order is completed.
6. Payment Methods
The payment methods currently available will be displayed during checkout.
Where available for the relevant delivery address, we may offer:
Cash on Delivery (COD / Payment on Delivery)
For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is generally made when the order is delivered in accordance with the instructions of the applicable delivery provider.
The payment methods actually available for a particular order will be displayed before the customer completes the order.
7. Delivery
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer during checkout.
Estimated delivery times applicable to the relevant product or delivery area will be displayed in our online store, Shipping Policy, or checkout process where applicable.
Where several products are ordered together, delivery may take place in multiple shipments where reasonable.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If delivery cannot be completed because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, we will attempt to contact the customer where reasonably possible.
Statutory consumer rights regarding delivery delays remain unaffected.
8. Delivery Restrictions
We deliver only to countries and regions offered as available delivery destinations through our online store and checkout process.
Any applicable delivery restrictions will be communicated to the customer no later than the beginning of the ordering process.
9. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.
For Cash on Delivery orders, ownership transfers in accordance with applicable law following full payment and delivery of the goods.
10. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers entering into distance contracts generally have a statutory right of withdrawal.
The withdrawal period is generally 14 days, unless a statutory exception applies.
Further information regarding the conditions, deadlines, consequences of withdrawal, and return procedures can be found in our Return & Refund Policy on rdcbhm.shop.
These Terms do not restrict consumers' statutory withdrawal rights.
11. Defects and Statutory Warranty Rights
The goods we sell are subject to applicable statutory rights relating to defects and conformity.
If a product is defective, consumers retain their statutory warranty rights.
Depending on the applicable legal requirements, these may include rights to repair or replacement and, where the relevant conditions are met, a price reduction, termination of the contract, or damages.
Any voluntary manufacturer's warranty or additional commercial guarantee applies only where expressly stated for the relevant product.
Any additional guarantee does not restrict statutory consumer rights.
For questions or complaints concerning defective products, contact:
support@rdcbhm.shop
12. Damaged or Incorrectly Delivered Goods
If an order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us at:
support@rdcbhm.shop
To help us process the matter efficiently, you may provide your order number, a description of the issue, and, where appropriate, photographs.
Providing photographs is not a condition for exercising statutory warranty rights.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
13. Product Availability
All orders are subject to the actual availability of the products ordered.
If a product unexpectedly becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will inform the customer.
Where payment has already been received and no contract is concluded or we are ultimately unable to provide the agreed goods, payments received will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.
14. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, technical specifications, and other information displayed in our online store are accurate and up to date.
Minor differences in appearance may occur due to different screens, devices, or display settings, provided these differences do not affect the actual characteristics of the goods.
Nothing in this section limits statutory consumer rights where goods do not conform to the agreed description or characteristics.
15. Liability
We accept unlimited liability where required by applicable law, including:
for intentional misconduct or gross negligence;
for injury to life, body, or health;
under mandatory statutory liability provisions;
where we have expressly provided a guarantee, within the scope of that guarantee.
For a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability will be determined in accordance with applicable law.
Mandatory consumer rights and claims under mandatory product liability laws remain unaffected.
Any further limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
16. Use of the Website
Customers must not use our website unlawfully or in a manner that may impair its operation, security, or functionality.
In particular, users must not:
transmit unlawful content through the website;
unlawfully circumvent technical security measures;
introduce malware or harmful code;
misuse automated systems;
use the website to infringe third-party rights.
Any use permitted by applicable law remains unaffected.
17. Intellectual Property
Content made available through our online store, including text, graphics, designs, logos, images, and other materials, may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
Use beyond what is permitted by law requires authorization from the applicable rights holder.
This provision does not grant rights in third-party content or restrict uses permitted by applicable law.
18. Privacy
Information regarding the processing of personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy on rdcbhm.shop.
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may amend these Terms for future contracts where necessary due to legal, technical, or business developments.
The Terms applicable to an order are generally those in effect when the relevant contract is concluded.
Subsequent amendments to these Terms do not unilaterally change an existing contract unless there is a valid legal or contractual basis for doing so.
20. Consumer Dispute Resolution
Unless participation is required by applicable law, we are generally neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration or dispute resolution body.
Where participation is legally mandatory in a particular case, the applicable statutory requirements remain unaffected.
21. Applicable Law
For contracts with consumers, the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), to the extent that such a choice of law is legally permitted.
Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence, which cannot be derogated from by agreement, remain unaffected.
22. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is or becomes wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
The applicable statutory provisions will apply in place of any invalid provision.
